By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your province or state of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred encrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
If paying by Credit card, please note that a shipping address that is not associated with your credit card may delay your order due to additional verification requirements!
ordering for yourself, we suggest you request shipping to only
addresses registered with your credit card. Otherwise, please expect at
least 1 extra day for verification.

a gift, kindly call the phone number on the back of your credit card to
ensure that your desired shipping address is part of your credit card profile.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by scammers, competitors or dealers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIME
Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Shipments are only picked up by Courier Monday to Friday at 4pm.
Orders need to be placed before 1pm for UPS Expedited or UPS Express (Canada) with no payment issues (see credit card section below), to ensure they are shipped on the same day of order.
The transit times from UPS or equivalent are estimated business days for package transit after dispatch. If there is a delay for some reason in dispatching the product, we will inform you via email or phone.
Ejuice Planet is unable to control issues due to a natural disaster or delays caused by UPS or equivalent.

SHIPPING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
Shipment lost in transit or Damaged: Once an item leaves our Ejuice Planet warehouse facility and a tracking number is provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Delays or delivery errors by courier companies like UPS is completely out of our control. And for your protection, all the courier companies Ejuice Planet deals with, provides automatic insurance of up to $100 when you select priority express shipping.
Before we can create an investigation ticket with UPS or equivalent, you must confirm that your package is not with your concierge, a family member or in your mailbox.

also need in writing that you have not received the product and would like for
us to create an investigation ticket.

investigation ticket is opened with UPS or equivalent, a copy will be sent to

they find your package during their trace in a nearby post office, your order
will be delivered to you at the earliest possible time.
Coupons, Discounts & Promotions
A customer may use a coupon code we provided to them. Maximum of one coupon or discount per transaction. Coupons cannot be used for special sales and promotions.
